Terms and Conditions - Draw

1.      The draw is open to UK, ROI and Isle of Man residents, aged 18 or over, who have registered on the Proud2bPat campaign website.

2.      Employees and their families of Irwin’s Bakery, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are excluded.

3.      No purchase is necessary.

4.      The closing date for the draw will be Monday 31st March and the draw will be carried out by an independent person at random in the following order on 2nd April.

First three names drawn….Main Prizes

3 first prizes of a weekend break to Ireland, courtesy of Tourism Ireland. Each prize is for two people and consists of return flights (where applicable) 2 nights’ accommodation and one evening meal. At least one person travelling must be 18 or over. All travel must be booked and taken by 31.12.08. Travel and dates are subject to availability at time of booking. Winners must arrange their own travel insurance. No entrant may win more than one prize.

Subsequent five name drawn ….Secondary prizes

Five food hampers from the Rankin Selection Range.

5.      Winners will be notified via email within 21 days after the draw date, or by telephone if made available in the registration process.

6.      Only one entry per person is permitted. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

7.      Prizes to be taken as stated. There are no alternatives

8.      All prize winners may be asked to agree to take part in photographic and other publicity.

9.      In the event of any dispute, the promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.  By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

11.  Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. 

12.  For details of all winners’ names, counties and winning entries, send a SAE entitled ‘Proud2bPat Campaign’ to promoter’s address after 25.04.08.
